Our attorneys also have experience representing clients with Governmental Authorities and Courts of the Country when pursuing legal options available in tax controversies (both national and local level taxes) and controversies related with foreign exchange control, foreign investment and foreign trade. We have been successful in many lawsuits brought against the national and local level tax authorities in the country, as well as against foreign investment and exchange control authorities.
